As the co-owner of AFS (Applied Fitness Solutions), he has built a thriving health and fitness studio that blends evidence-based coaching with a deeply personalized client experience. His expertise spans sales, leadership, and customer engagement, with a focus on equipping fitness teams with the skills to sell with integrity, communicate effectively, and foster lasting relationships.

Beyond AFS, Kemper is the host of the AFS Health & Care Podcast, where he dives into topics on health, fitness, and industry trends with experts and thought leaders. Kemper has been speaker and workshop facilitator for several events. He's hosted a number a workshops in various industries, sharing practical strategies on leadership, sales, and human experience.
