Flights can be made into the Nashville International Airport (BNA). 

DO NOT BOOK NON-REFUNDABLE FLIGHTS UNTIL MFA HAS CONFIRMED THE EVENT WITH YOU.

Transportation and reservations from the Nashville airport to the Vanderbilt campus may be done through InShuttle Transportation, www.inshuttle.com.  Reservations may be made online. When making a reservation choose "Campus Shuttles" and then select "Vanderbilt". When completing the full request form, choose "Hank Ingram Hall" as your drop off location if it is an option on the pick list.  If it has not yet been added, please select "Vanderbilt Commons - Wyatt Center" and type "Hank Ingram Hall requested" into the comments section of the form.  Shuttles run approximately every hour and the airport is 30 minutes from the campus, without traffic.  Please allow time for catching the shuttle and getting to campus when considering your arrival time into Nashville.  The Ice Breaker Social begins at 7:30pm on June 9.  The fee is $12 one way or $18 round trip.
