10:00 - 11:15am     Recruiting and Retaining the Right Staff in Medical Fitness
As a manager you are a leader of people. Hiring and motivating the right people with the right credentials for employment in a medical fitness center is perhaps the single most important duty you have. Your staff is the reason members decide to stay or to drop out and sets the facility apart from others. Keeping good staff leads to keeping members.

11:30 - 12:30pm     Communicating with Your Healthcare Partner
Numbers, vision, values, mission, margin: you must know how your facility supports or should support your healthcare partner. Just as important, you must be able to communicate by speaking in their language, using their model of benchmarking and finding your place in their vision to show your contribution in the continuum of care.
